If we can’t ensure a repair will offer reasonable longevity we won’t do it, but we may suggest short term options when a proper repair isn’t within budget. We do not use incentivized based pay. This is exceedingly rare in the service repair environment. Service plumbers are often compensated based on the dollars they bring into a company. This business model breeds an environment where employees are encouraged to sell work whether or not it is necessary. Paying our plumbers a salary allows them to focus on our customers’ needs instead of their own. We pay our apprentices a living wage. When our people aren’t worried about taking care of their own needs they can remain focus on yours.
